Jay Street

CEO & Co-Founder

Jay Street is a 40-year veteran of the commercial real estate development and investment industry, with a successful track record spanning retail, industrial, multifamily, office, land development, and self-storage.

Growing up in North Carolina, while attending NC State, he envisioned creating something that would benefit not only his immediate family but future generations. With advice from mentors and associates, he chose commercial real estate, beginning his career in Washington, D.C. He later returned to North Carolina to establish his vision, where he has consistently developed projects and built a portfolio in the southeast focused on long-term cash flow and maximized returns.

Wyatt Street

President & Co-Founder

Wyatt is a North Carolina native having been born and raised in Raleigh before attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. After graduating from Charlotte, Wyatt began a career as a Development Manager with local real estate firm North State Development. In May of 2023, he received a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development.

As President and Co-Founder of Legacy Horizon Capital, he oversees the acquisition, entitlement, construction, and stabilization of all current projects.

Wyatt currently serves on the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Real Estate Alumni Board with the objective of increasing the engagement of alumni and the growth of the school’s real estate program. He also participates in the school’s student/alumni mentorship program which helps provide guidance to current students seeking careers in commercial real estate.
